CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Jonas Sohlman has taken over as CFO at Enorama Pharma in November 2020.
Jonas joined Enorama after more than 25 years in the financial sector, including both asset management assignments and finance functions in major Swedish industrial companies. This includes many years at Electrolux, where he was responsible for operational finance and active in M&As, corporate finance and tax at group staff level. In addition to his professional expertise, Jonas Sohlman brings an important international perspective to Enorama.
I was attracted by Enorama’s way of looking at its offering, development and products”, says Jonas.
“The ambition to generate better public health by creating a culture and products that encourage people to abandon tobacco use appealed to me. With its patented products with great commercial potential, Enorama has something unique – something I really want to be a part of developing”.
Jonas continues: “In my professional life, a guiding star has always been business acumen, structure and organization. A key, as I see it, to possible and sensible growth. Order creates efficiency, saving time and money. As Enorama now steps out of a development phase and goes on the offensive with marketing and sales, functioning business processes are paramount”.
“Indisputably there are a number of thresholds to watch out for. As CFO, it is my job to anticipate and take into account how we best plan and financially act in all parts of the company. I will create scalable processes, and facilitate the passage into an expansion phase. Quite simply, you could say that I will act as a cultural minister of finance. It’s an exciting job indeed”.
On the personal front, Jonas Sohlman is an active sportsman with his heart in Stockholm, where he was born and raised. Ice hockey and skiing but above all equestrian sports and in particular show jumping are passions. Jonas is active on the boards of well-renowned Swedish horse academies Flyinge and Strömsholm.
